Payment and invoicing
The initial payment is due upon signing the agreement and must be made on the same day as signing.
Payments are due monthly and must be made via bank standing order only, non standing order payments will incur admin charges of 10%. Late payments may result in your site being suspended pending settlement. In extreme cases, the site may be removed altogether.
UK Euro Web / BT Media Net's Responsibilities and Rights.
We undertake to provide the services detailed in these pages in a commercially reasonable manner.
UK Euro Web / BT Media Net reserves the right to block access to any site hosted with the Package that contains any content that we deem to be unacceptable or undesirable. This includes but is not limited to content of a pornographic, overly violent, racist, sexist, or otherwise illegal or offensive nature.
You agree that UK Euro Web / BT Media Net shall not be liable for any action we take to remove or restrict access to such content.
Website Copyright.
All pictures, text and graphics supplied to UK Euro Web / BT Media Net by the customer will remain the property of the customer. Any graphics designed by UK Euro Web / BT Media Net will become licensed to the customer, for use only whilst the customer is still making monthly payments to UK Euro Web / BT Media Net. Upon cancellation of the contract the customer must cease use of the graphics supplied. Content management system and e-commerce cart are only licensed for use within UK Euro Web / BT Media Net hosting, all scripts and other materials used to enhance the website will remain the property of UK Euro Web / BT Media Net only.
The Customer's Responsibilities and Rights.
UK Euro Web / BT Media Net will upload 10 items to your e-commerce website, you accept the responsibility of checking the product information that we enter on your behalf and report any required corrections within seven days.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have a right to any trade names or marks, any domain names and other such items that you wish to use.
You are responsible for the fulfilment of orders, including but not limited to arranging delivery, handling returns, handling any complaints from members of the public or suppliers and dealing with customers.
You are responsible for responsible for all legal and financial concerns pertaining to their business including, but not limited to, any disputes between you and the general public or you and your suppliers, any and all tax concerns. You are not permitted to resell all or part of this package or its services.
Representations and Limitations.
You accept that all transactions relating to your business such as product supply, order fulfilment and delivery are solely between you and your customers.
UK Euro Web / BT Media Net will not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of its services. This includes loss of revenue and lost profits.
Terms of Use
You shall not post, publish transmit, re-transmit or store material on or through any of our  services or products which: i. is in violation of any law or regulation which is enforceable in the United Kingdom; or is threatening, obscene, indecent, defamatory, or blasphemous; or is calculated to incite hatred against any ethnic, religious or other minority or is otherwise calculated to affect any individual, group or entity (collectively, "Persons") adversely; or  violates the rights of any Person, including rights of privacy, rights of personality
Complaints
We deal with complaints very seriously, any complaint regarding a website will be investigated fully, we will firstly attempt to contact the party being complained about by email, should no contact be forthcoming with 24 hours we will suspend site whilst under hosting review, until such time as we have received a satisfactory response. Sites or hosting accounts that are found to contain any material that is not acceptable in UK law or via our main host bpweb will be terminated immediately with no refund of any monies already paid, and relevant parties also will be reported to relevant authorities.
Bandwidth usage and website space usage.
No refunds will be given for unused bandwidth and website space. Unused bandwidth cannot be carried over from previous months. Should your bandwidth usage exceed your allotted limit, you will be invoiced at the rates shown on your hosting plan. This must be paid within 28 days to prevent account termination. If you are planning to undertake any major advertising other than you would normally have i.e major TV adverts you must inform UK Euro Web / BT Media Net 28 days prior.
Owing to the nature of the Internet and its interconnected systems, problems such as but not constrained to, outages, link failures, power difficulties, telephone outages, network overload etc. may have an adverse affect on your use of the Site. We will in no way be held liable in any manner for any loss suffered as a result of any such problems.
We endeavour to keep the information and materials appearing on the Site as up to date as possible, but we in no way guarantee that the information on the Site is accurate at all times and we reserve the right to amend the information at any time without prior notice to you. No information on the Site constitutes an offer to you by us or any third party of any nature.
Term and Termination.
The minimum term for this package is twelve months. In the event of a breach of trust or complaint regarding your website UK Euro Web / BT Media Net may terminate this contract with immediate effect. Any abuse to a member of staff acting on behalf of this UK Euro Web / BT Media Net will also result in the termination of your account. As all graphics on a website are owned by UK Euro Web / BT Media Net they will stay with UK Euro Web / BT Media Net and not be transferred.
In the event of any material breach of this Agreement by UK Euro Web / BT Media Net, The Customer may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty days prior written notice.
Either you or UK Euro Web / BT Media Net may terminate this Agreement after the initial 12 months period for any reason or for no reason upon thirty days' written notice to the other party;
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The provisions and conditions of these Terms, and each obligation referenced herein, represent the entire Agreement UK Euro Web / BT Media Net , its affiliated or related entities, and you the customer, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings not incorporated herein.
